Buyer understands that all bodykits are sold as is with extra warranty over the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act. All products sold and manufactured by Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd are considered as aftermarket in New Zealand . Also, the buyer understands that all of the products we offer are intended for road use, however, we recommend that you check with your local laws before you order any products to see if they are legal for highway use in your area. Buyer also fully understands that because of strict safety guidelines, Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd is not responsible or liable for any damages and/or possible injury incurred upon possible accident due to driver error, bad judgement or incorrect installation. Some bodykits and spoilers may require modification for correct fitment such as removal or modification of safety  reinforcement, OEM indicator lights etc. Under no circumstances will Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd be responsible for any cost of modification, extra bodyshop installation fees or any associated compliance costs. All installs and painting require a professional that is knowledgeable in composites such as GRP.

All sales are final and all products are sold as is unless the product is covered under warranty. All products sold or distributed by Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any products shipped back must be shipped and paid for by the buyer. There are no refunds after sales have been finalized and shipped.

Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and un-damaged. Please remember to inspect all packages for any exterior damage, such as torn, crushed or opened areas. This may result in products being damaged due to mishandling by carrier. Always inform carrier at point of delivery time of any damages seen on packages and request carrier to note all seen damages on documentation of delivery. Once you sign for delivery, you assume all responsibility of products shipped. Products that are damaged through negligence of the shipping company must be reported to that company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The carrier will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages or claims due to the negligence of the shipping company, nor will Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd replace or credit any  products damaged in transit.

Merchandise returned under a  warranty claim will be repaired or replaced with equal product.

Products manufactured by Foxton Reinforced Plastics Ltd are backed up with a one year limited warranty.
All installs must be carried out by a professional that is knowledgeable in composites such as fiberglass or your warranty will be void. Receipt or proof of professional installation and original receipt must be provided if claiming product under warranty.
